Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only granted if the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Missing items from your order.

Refund Request Deadline

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of your order being marked as delivered. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Issues caused by improper use, handling, or storage after delivery.

  • Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or other evidence of the problem, if applicable.

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
